When you get in your car, you expect it to start.
When you flip a switch, you expect a response.
When you drive to work, you expect it to be there.
Expecting is knowing without seeing.
Faith is expecting without knowing.
Faith is expecting the results to be in God’s hands.
Faith is expecting beyond sight, reason and sometimes, hopes.
Faith is expecting the mountain to move.
Faith is knowing without seeing.

HE is faithful! Thank you for these words Lord. Pour your blessings to Butch and Bonnie as they continue to pour out to others!
Blessed are those who believe but have not seen.
That’s a great comparison.
Thanks for the reminder Butch.
Faith is a wonderful gift from GOD in Jesus Christ precious name. Enjoyed your post today.
Wonderful post!!! Many, many blessings to you..Robin
Faith requires no physical, immediate “proof”. Faith knows God has already accomplished all good things for you!
I love this post
Amen!!
I love this post!
reasonable expectation based on objective interpretation of previous facts and ‘hope’ for similar future results. faith none the less. but as always, it takes more ‘faith’ to be an atheist or an agnostic than it does to actually believe in God and trust Him. that’s the point isn’t it? it’s never about more evidence, it’s about honest inquiry, interpretation and application of what the evidence tells us. that is a ‘will’ issue not a ‘mind’ issue in the final analysis.
love the writing, keep it up.
