Memorial day and Veterans day often intertwine in our thoughts. Where one is for the dead; the other is for the living and the dead. Often, in life, thoughts, facts, feelings get intermixed with one another. In some situations, no harm is done; in others, not so.
It is common knowledge that water and oil do not mix. Each has a separate purpose; together they accomplish nothing of worth. And so it goes with faith and fear; believeth and doubt; love and hate. In any given moment, you either profess on or the other for they do not mix. In the recipes of life, be aware of the ingredients you are trying to combine…for the good, do they intertwine?
