Autumn End

Tree tall and straight

With naked bough.

Her leaves only memories now.

Sudden gust of wind,

Whirls the leaves,

Across a browning wintry lawn.

Looking out the window

With coffee cup in hand,

I see Autumn end.

  2. Great picture. At this end of the world, the grass is drying out as Spring turns into Summer.

  3. This is the way it looked out my window today.

  4. Butch you should see the glorious yellow golden Ginko tree near my local Grocery store. It is in the process of surrendering its leaves and they look like a discarded skirt still puddled around the ankles of a lady in the midst of disrobing!

Thank you for your thoughts.
