Take Time to Reflect

Thanking someone is common in our lives. We say thanks or someone is saying thanks to us more than we realize in the course of a day. The word “thanks” is said so often that it can become commonplace and often, not even heard.

We set aside Thanksgiving Day to give thanks beyond ourselves. On this day, we follow the example of the Pilgrims at Plymouth Rock and give thanks to God for our blessings. Hopefully, we remember those less fortunate than ourselves. On this Thanksgiving Day, take time to reflect on all your blessings.
