In a Few Moments

He was walking slowly with a quad cane and a small package. I held the door for him and he thanked me for my thoughtfulness. I told him he was welcome and said, “Have a good day.” “You’ve already started it for me,” he replied. “I’m 91 and very thankful to get around.” He was smiling as he walked slowly towards his car.

In only a few moments, God is willing to teach, if we are willing to listen.

  2. Thank you. My dad just turned 82, and is very precious to me. One of my “blogging buddies” is 82 also, and a wonderful acquaintance.

Thank you for your thoughts.
