Life’s Journey

img_07871Life’s journey is not always on a straight and clear road. There are days of winding and wondering and nights of sightless hills and curves. The way gets rocky with pit falls to avoid. There is falling down and there is rising up. There is defeat and there is victory. Tired and weary, the journey continues and with each mile the hope of rest.

“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” (Isaiah 40:29-31 NIV)

  1. So true. Beautiful photo.

  2. All three verses helped me to understand my husbands life verse. Through many challenges in life including Traumatic Brain Injury, Meningitis, and Heart Disease He has trusted in Jesus. These are powerful words for the weak and weary! Blessings to you both! Marie
