The Road I Travel

The road I travel is overgrown,
A rocky path to the unknown.
Hard to see where it’s leading to,
Seems like miles ago to the place I knew.

Visions and dreams once were mine,
Faded now by the reality of time.
Hope for me remains to be seen,
Tomorrow appears as only a dream.
