The “good old days” is another name for the past. Every generation has their “good old days,” their time of growing up and discovery and each believe their time was the best of times and the music of their time, the greatest ever.
I have come to realize that those “good old days” do not rely on the events going on in the country or the world at the time. What makes them the “good old days” is the fact that they were the times of our youth.
In the later years of your life, the years you will look back on will be the days of your youth, those “growing up” days with family and friends, the classmates and the memories of a time uniquely yours. You will be remembering the “good old days.”
