Once upon a time in this very land and very near to where you live was a crayon factory. It was a wonderful factory and it made all kinds of crayons of all colors. The mother’s in the land were very happy because the children in the land were very happy because they had lots of crayon colors in the box and were able to make many beautiful pictures with all of their colors.
One day, the crayon factory thought it would be a good idea, that instead of putting many different colors in the same box, the crayon factory would put all of the red crayons in one box and all of the blue crayons in another box and so on. The crayon factory was very excited about this idea and began at once to put all the same color crayons in the same box and soon the red boxes of crayons and the blue boxes of crayons and so on were in all the land and all the children had the new boxes of crayons.
Before long, all the mothers in the land were very sad because all the children in the land were very sad because, now, when they colored, all of the pictures were red or blue or green and so on. There were no more beautiful pictures of many colors in the land.
I wasn’t long before the crayon factory heard how very sad the mothers in the land were because the children in the land were very sad because they could no longer make beautiful pictures of many colors.
The crayon factory was very sad and realized the great idea to put all of the red crayons in the same box and all of the blue crayons in the same box and so on was not such a great idea after all because it made all the mothers and all the children in the land very sad because they could no longer make beautiful pictures of many colors.
The crayon factory began at once putting crayons of many colors in the boxes and sent them out to all the children in the land. Soon, all of the mothers in the land were very happy because all of the children in the land were very happy because, now they could color many beautiful pictures of many colors.
And so it is to this day, that all the mothers in the land are very happy because all the children in the land are very happy because they can make many beautiful pictures of many colors.
The crayon factory had learned a very valuable lesson; that in order to have many beautiful pictures in the land, many different colors have to work together.

She said, That was a good story and I learned that you should put all of the colors in the box so when the children need new colors they can get new colors. And it taught her that you shouldn’t make other people sad.

I’m going to read this story to my daughter and my son. My daughter is 6 and my baby boy is 1. This was an awesome story. I will come back and share their responses. 💜
